CloudThinQ has developed a unique cloud-based enterprise IoT platform to intelligently integrate building systems into a flexible and scalable framework for enhanced smart building experiences.
Utelogy has seen dramatic growth of over 280% over the last 12 months and has been focused on delivering its platform to End Users, AV/UC Integrators and Managed Services Providers to remotely manage all types of UC, AV & IT devices in the modern workplace. According to Futuresource Research, the AV Managed Service market alone is set to grow to $4.3b by 2024 and we see this service proposition extending further into the workplace.
Utelogy is deployed globally by customers across Corporate, Investment Banking, Government, Technology and Higher Education. The strategic acquisition of CloudThinQ augments the Utelogy proposition and will provide a platform extension that delivers insight, management, and control far beyond the meeting room and classroom and drives value to a wider cross section of stakeholders.
